Xpray Solution Ltd is a family-run kitchen and uPVC spraying business based in Cambridge, consisting of Wandelcio and his two sons, Leo and Lucas. They have an excellent 5 star reputation online and are often cited in reviews for their attention to detail and friendliness.

The challenge

Leo contacted Expose Profits after seeing one of our ads online. At the time, they were working with an agency who was managing their Google Ads, but they were not getting the results they wanted.

We completed a Google Ads Audit and very quickly discovered issues with how their campaign was set up, the ad group structure, the target keywords and their ads were very poorly written. Clicks were also being sent direct to their home page, which is not recommended if you want to generate the most leads.

Our Approach

Restructure campaigns, create new landing page and setup review system

Their campaigns were set up so badly, we decided the best route forward would be to create completely new campaigns.

  • Used our knowledge of the uPVC spraying market to target keywords most likely to convert
  • Structured ad groups according to keyword intent and used manual bidding initially
  • Added our comprehensive negative keyword list compiled through years of experience
  • Wrote new ads and designed a landing page with multistep lead form
  • Set up Lead Manager, Click Fraud Detection and Review Management systems

From getting the go-ahead to start the work, we had the new campaigns live within seven days.
